The epic handwashing song

Peter Hollens, recording artist, American entrepreneur, educator, and classically-trained vocal artist most commonly known for his a cappella music videos on Youtube and Facebook, has debuted THE EPIC HAND WASHING SONG today to encourage families to use hygiene to beat COVID-19. The new song is a 100% charity-driven effort, with proceeds going to support those affected by the virus.

“We created this to offer a fun, positive reminder to families to do the things we can all do right now in our own homes to fight this virus. I noticed my own little guy singing it while washing his hands, and I knew we were onto something,” said Hollens, who’s popular YouTube channel reaches nearly 3 million subscribers. “Thanks to all of my fellow influencers who are joining me in getting this video out into the world. We’re asking everyone to share this video to spread the word and hopefully slow down the spread of coronavirus.”

THE EPIC HAND WASHING SONG was kickstarted by the launch of Hollens’ latest video, which parodies global superstars, including Billie Eilish, Bruno Mars, and Taylor Swift, in a singalong reminding viewers to wash their hands and practice social distancing.
