COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A young Reynoldsburg mother is now behind bars for streaming a live video on facebook, which shows her toddler son taped to a wall.
18-year-old Shayla Rudolph posted the nearly 20-minute video talking about what to do "if you can't cook and your kids are running around."
The two-year-old boy was seen taped to the wall, wearing only a diaper.
Franklin County Children's Services investigated two weeks ago, but Reynoldsburg Police arrested Rudolph Thursday morning, and charged her with felony abduction.
The child is now in custody of Franklin County Children's Services.
