Murder suspect ordered held without bond

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- At a hearing Monday morning, a judge refused to set bond for Brian Golsby, the man accused in the murder of an Ohio State student last week.

Police believe Golsby grabbed Reagan Tokes as she left work at the Bodega Cafe in the Short North, where she worked, then took her to Scioto Grove Metro Park in Grove City.  There, they say, Golsby sexually assaulted Tokes, then killed her.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says Golsby is eligible for the death penalty.

Meantime, Reagan's friends paid tribute to her at a candlelight vigil at the Bodega Cafe.

Tokes' friends have launched a GoFundMe page to create a scholarship fund in her name.  As of Monday morning, it had topped $50,000.
