Now THAT Was Deep

The Cleveland Cavaliers acquired sharp-shooting guard Kyle Korver last month and are starting to see how effective he can be. Korver, Wednesday night, reached a milestone when he nailed the 2,000th 3-pointer of his career. He is just the seventh player in league history to reach that plateau. Korver has become well known for his quick release, but during the Cavs win over Indiana, he showed off his range. With the Cavs leading 101-89--and Korver, in the zone already having made five 3-pointer, he launched one was from the Quicken Loans Arena logo and drilled it bringing the crowd to its feet. You can check out Korver's deep three below.

Korver's deep three wasn't nearly as unusual as something else he did Wednesday night. On a break-away in the fourth quarter, Korver got free for a dunk...His first of the season and his first since March 9th of last year. He was interviewed following the game on Fox Sports Ohio, and Tristian Thompson interrupted to celebrate the Korver dunk. Check out the interview below, as well as full Korver game highlights.
