WHITEHALL, Ohio (WTVN) -- Whitehall police are looking for a man accused of running a massive marijuana growing operation.
Detectives say Charles Frazier has been in hiding since they recently seized nearly 200 marijuana plants from his home on Collingwood Ave.
A large amount of harvested marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms were also recovered.
