Bob Is Brilliant Again

Sergei Bobrovsky is on a roll. He was brilliant Thursday night in the Blue Jackets 1-0 shutout of Minnesota. Bob made 38 saves, 18 of them in the 3rd period. The performance came on the heels of an equally spectacular outing in Montreal Tuesday, when the Jackets lost 1-0 in overtime. The goal allowed by Bob came on a Canadiens power play after a controversial penalty by Seth Jones.

As you might expect, Bob was the number one star of the game. He talked with Jody Shelley afterwards on Fox Sports Ohio. Check it out below.

The victory was Bob's career best 33rd of the season and for the Jackets it's number 40 of the season, making it a milestone win of sorts. It's only the fourth time in franchise history the CBJ have won 40 or more games. The franchise record for wins in a season is 43--the Jackets should shatter that, considering they still have 20 games left in the season. They have 86 points now and have inched ahead of Pittsburgh into second in the Metro Division. The Jackets posted a new 'hype video' on social media...check it out below.
