GALENA, Ohio (AP) -- OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, is looking into the death of a construction worker at a site in Delaware County.
The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says Luis Pillcorema, 34, died Thursday when he was struck by a beam weighing about 2,500 pounds.
Authorities say Pillcorema was working in the basement of an unfinished home near Galena at the time.
Authorities say Pillcorema was pronounced dead at the scene.
