More airline trouble

A Delta passenger was kicked off his flight last week after he used the bathroom while the plane was delayed on the tarmac in Atlanta. Kima Hamilton had asked the flight attendant for permission to use the bathroom earlier and she'd said no. But after sitting on the ground for another 30 minutes, he couldn't wait anymore and went to the bathroom. When he got back to his seat, the pilot announced the flight was returning to the gate and he was asked to get off the plane. In cellphone video recorded by another passenger, Hamilton is heard saying, "I'm not really clear why I'm being asked to leave this plane. I purchased this ticket. I had an emergency, I had to pee." Hamilton told Inside Edition, "It was an emergency and I was very clear about communicating that throughout the entire time."  A Delta employee is heard on the video saying, "Basically, any time we are about to take off, for your safety and for everyone's safety, we need you seated, that's the bottom line." Forbes travel editor Laura Begley Bloom told Inside Edition: "He broke the law. The FAA actually says that when the seatbelt sign is on, it is illegal to get out of your seat and walk around the plane. Even if you really have to go, you can't do it."
