COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Starting Monday, COTA bus routes are changing, bus numbers will be different, riders will notice new signs.
And to make the adjustment a little easier, the bus line will be offering free rides all week long.
The changes, which cost COTA close to $10-million, will affect all 67 bus lines.
