COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The polls are open across Ohio for an election day that will decide some school issues and narrow down the number of candidates on the November ballot.
City Council primaries face voters in Columbus, Hilliard, Whitehall and Reynoldsburg.
Also in Reynoldsburg, voters are deciding whether to approve an income tax increase to pay for a new YMCA.
School issues are on the ballot in the Southwest Licking School district, as well as the Pickerington and Heath school districts.
Income tax questions are being decided in Lancaster and Heath.
Polls close at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
