28 hits!?!

The Minnesota Twins got a franchise-record 28 hits in their 20-7 blowout of the Seattle Mariners last night (June 13th) in Minneapolis. Eddie Rosario was part of the onslaught, hitting three home runs, and Eduardo Escobar had five hits, as the Twins batted around twice, in both the third and seventh innings.

The Twins' 28 hits are the most in a MLB game since the Texas Rangers got 29 hits in a 30-3 win over the Baltimore Orioles in 2007.
