Man indicted for knife attack on baby grandson

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- A grand jury in Franklin County has returned an indictment against a grandfather, accused of stabbing his 20-month old grandson with a butcher knife. 

The attack by Abdulkadir Banow Iman allegedly occurred on July 19th at a home on Sierra Ridge Drive in Columbus.

Iman was been indicted on one count of felonious assault  and another count of endangering children.

The child was treated for injuries to his head and neck.
