DUI checkpoint planned for Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The Franklin County DUI Task Force has announced plans to conduct a sobriety checkpoint Friday night and Saturday morning.

The  Task Force says police will be along South High St. (U.S. 23) at Dolby Drive on the South Side from 9 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday.

Authorities urge people who plan to drink alcohol to  get a designated driver or make other arrangements.
