COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Arraignment is set for Monday in downtown Columbus for former Ohio State running back Brionte Dunn.
The Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted the 24-year old on three counts of rape, connected to an incident this past summer.
According to the indictment, Dunn phoned a woman and asked for a ride. She picked him up and drove him to her home, believing that Dunn would call for an Uber ride from there.
The indictment says the woman went to bed, only to be later raped by Dunn.
In February of 2017, Dunn pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of assault against a different woman that occurred in July of 2016.
Dunn was placed on probation for that assault through February of 2019.
Dunn was dismissed from the team after that offense.
