Ohio Democrats' Senate Chief of Staff resigns

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- There are differing opinions over what's happened to Michael Premo.

The Chief of Staff for Democrats in the Ohio Senate has resigned after facing allegations of "inappropriate conduct" toward other employees. That, according to Senate Minority Leader Kenny Yuko.

The Democrat says he asked Premo to resign.

However, a spokesman for the Republican Senate president tells the Cincinnati Enquirer that no complaint has been filed about concerns over Premo's behavior.

Premo has held the job since 2015.
