COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Police are charging a Columbus man with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault following a deadly crash.
They say the car Jose Veliz was driving last week went left of center on Cleveland Avenue and Minerva Park Place and hit another vehicle head-on.
One person in that car died of their injuries, while a second person was hospitalized in stable condition.
