ST. LOUISVILLE, Ohio (WTVN) -- No charges have been filed so far in the shooting death of a man who police say broke into a home in Licking County.
According to the Licking County Sheriff's Office, Samuel Beskid II, 27, went into the home on Graceland Lane Road in St. Louisville around 5 a.m. Sunday and confronted the homeowner.
Following a scuffle, Beskid was shot by the homeowner, who also had a gun.
The shooting remains under investigation.
