NEWARK, Ohio (WTVN) -- The Licking County Sheriff's Office says it doesn't plan to bring charges against a St. Louisville homeowner who shot and killed an intruder this past weekend.
According to investigators, Sam Beskid had gone to the home to confront his ex-girlfriend and Donnie Gayheart.
Beskid entered the home through an unlocked door, there was a scuffle and Gayheart shot and killed Beskid.
