COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Columbus police are asked the public's help in locating a missing 11-year old described as an endangered runaway.
Shania Hicks was last seen at her home on the south side of the city around 8 p.m. Monday, wearing a red sweater and black leggings.
