Recall: Ice cream bars sold at central Ohio grocery stores

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Several central Ohio grocery stores are recalling ice cream bars because of possible listeria contamination.

Fieldbrook Foods says orange cream and chocolate-coated vanilla ice cream bars sold under the in-house brands at Kroger and Giant eagle and the Purple Cow brand at Meijer could make people sick.

Products with "Best By" dates of January 1st to December 31st, 2018 should be thrown out or returned for a refund.

The Food and Drug Administration has more information on the recall here.
