COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The next winter storm will bring both ice and snow to central Ohio, starting Friday afternoon.
All Columbus City High Schools and Middle Schools will dismiss early Friday, starting at 1:30 p.m. Elementary schools will dismiss at regular time.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory through 10 a.m. Saturday.
Freezing rain will coat the area in ice as temperatures fall, followed by two to four inches of snow.
Blowing and drifting snow is also possible.
