All clear after grenade discovered in northeast Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- An grenade found in a vehicle on Columbus's northeast side Wednesday morning made for some nervous moments, but it was removed without incident.

Bomb experts with the Columbus Division of Fire were called to the 600 block of Krumm Ave. near John Glenn International Airport and removed the grenade, discovered as federal agents searched a home in the neighborhood.

ABC6/FOX 28 reports no evacuations were made and no one was arrested.  However, the DEA did seize drug paraphernalia and weapons.
