COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Delaware County is holding on to the top spot among Ohio's healthiest counties.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's annual county-by-county study of Ohio health factors ranks Delaware at #1 for the fourth straight year.
Union County was the next-closest central Ohio county, at #6 while Fairfield County came in at #11.
Franklin County shows up at #49 out of 88 counties.
Researchers ranked the counties on several factors, including income, education, tobacco use and access to healthcare.
