COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- A jury in Columbus resumes deliberations Wednewsdsay in the sentencing phase of Brian Golsby's murder trial.
Jurors started deciding Tuesday whether to recommend a death sentence for Golsby or life in prison for last year's rape and murder of Ohio State student Reagan Tokes.
Golsby's attorneys say his difficult childhood should keep him off death row, while prosecutors say the brutal murder of Tokes can only be punished by execution.
