COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) - Election offices will open across Ohio Tuesday for the first day of early voting.
Registered voters can cast in-person absentee ballots on the primaries for governor and other statewide officeholders, as well as congressional races and local tax issues.

Meanwhile, the last scheduled debate among the Democratic candidates for Ohio governor happens Tuesday evening at Miami University's Middletown campus.
Former federal Consumer Protection Chief and former Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray, State Sen. Joe Schiavoni, former Ohio Supreme Court Justice William O'Neill and former Congressman Dennis Kucinich will be taking part.
