FREDERICKTOWN, Ohio (WTVN) -- A Knox County man has been nabbed a sixth time for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Roger R. Raubenolt of Fredericktown has five prior convictions for operating a vehicle under the influence.
Raubenolt was arrested and charged on April 15 with his sixth OVI offense and failure to control his motor vehicle as the result of a wreck on State Route 229.
The Highway Patrol says Raubenolt was traveling eastbound on SR 229 when he drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
No other vehicles were involved and there were no passengers in Raubenolt’s vehicle.
Raubenolt has been ordered to appear in Delaware County Municipal Court on Friday.
