Cleveland-based Discovery Tours is in hot water after canceling a trip for students in the Cleveland area when it couldn't finish paying for hotel rooms, despite families paying the full cost of the field trip.
That prompted Hilliard City Schools to put an upcoming field trip on hold.
And, Dublin City Schools says it's had issues in the past with Discovery Tours as well.
