UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio (WTVN) -- Upper Arlington police are investigating a sexual assault that reportedly started with a conversation at the city's library.
Detectives say the suspect followed a woman home from the Miller Park branch after chatting last week, forced his way into her house and assaulted her.
Police have talked to a suspect, but have not yet filed charges.
