COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Ohio's medical marijuana program is collecting fees even though it hasn't started yet.
The Cincinnati Enquirer reports more than five million dollars in non-refundable application fees have already been collected.
Cultivators who get a provisional growing license will pay $2.6-million in licensing fees, and another $2.6-million for license renewals.
On Monday, the state is expected to announce the locations for 56 medical marijuana dispensaries.
