GROVE CITY, Ohio (WTVN) -- A murdered Ohio State will be remembered in Grove City Thursday evening.
It will be the second year for the "Rally for Reagan", a chance for the community to come together to celebrate the life of Reagan Tokes, murdered in 2017 as she left her job in the Short North.
Brian Golsby is serving a life sentence for the crime.
Those who come to Eagle Pavilion Fryer Park will listen to lawmakers' plans to make changes aimed at preventing a similar crime.
There will also be a chance to learn about safety and self-defense.
Donations to the Reagan Delaney Tokes Memorial Foundation will be accepted.
Last year's event raised enough money to fund two scholarships.
