NEWARK, Ohio (WTVN) -- A Newark man is free on bond, facing charges in the death of his foster child.
Kenneth Schulz is charged with child endangering.
Newark police say five-year-old Nathaniel Gard died last week after being hospitalized with severe head injuries suffered in Schulz's home.
Investigators are waiting on a full autopsy report before deciding whether Schulz will face murder charges.
