COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The suspect in a deadly shooting in Columbus is scheduled to face a judge on Thursday.
Police say Robert Chenault gunned down 33-year-old Shaun Hinebaugh Wednesday at West Hudson and N. High Streets.
Hinebaugh was the boyfriend of Chenault's estranged wife and died at the OSU Medical Center.
A six-year old girl--the daughter of the suspect and the victim's girlfriend--was at the crime scene, but wasn't hurt.
Police nabbed Chenault as he ran from the scene with the little girl.
The homicide is the 54th so far this year in Columbus.
