COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted says the numbers do not support an immediate election night win for Republican Troy Balderson, in spite of what supporters may be wanting.
Husted took to Twitter Tuesday night to spell out the numbers.
Cty BOEs reported 3,435 provisional ballots were cast & there's 5,048 outstanding absentee ballots. BOEs can't begin counting these ballots til 11th day after election.
