COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Columbus police have issued an alert for a 12-year old girl who turned up missing Monday.
She's Shantell Taylor, last seen wearing a lime green t-shirt and blue jeans in the area of S. 18th St. and E. Kossuth St., just north of Schiller Park.
