A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for two children from Cleveland.
They're believed to be with their mother, who police think killed the children's father.
One of the children is a 7-year old boy, the other, a 4-year old girl.
The mother is 28-year old Arriel Bryant, and police think she's armed.
There is no vehicle description right now.
