COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Topgolf's newest location in Columbus now has a date set to open its doors.
According to Columbus Business First, the unique golf resort will open for business this Friday, October 19th, at 9AM.
The facility in the Polaria area, on Ikea Way, has been in development for about a year. It features a three-level driving range, which has a virtual golf game, where players can hit targets on the range to score points.
Visitors can participate in groups of up to six people. The facility also has a full restaurant menu and bar.
The venue is the first for the Columbus area, with other locations in Detroit, Cincinnati, and a Cleveland location opening soon as well.
Topgolf will employ 500 people when it's up and running.
