Foo Fighters to Headline "Sonic Temple Music Festival"

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The lineup for the 1st annual "Sonic Temple Music Festival" in Columbus has been announced.

Foo Fighters will headline the three-day music and comedy festival at Mapfre Stadium, which will serve as the spiritual successor to "Rock on the Range", an alternative rock festival that spanned 11-years at the stadium, ending in 2018.

Other rockers set to take the state at Sonic Temple include System of a Down, Disturbed, Halestorm, The Prodigy, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, along with dozens of others.

The festival also features a comedy and spoken word tent, featuring Andrew Dice Clay, Pauly Shore, and Henry Rollins. 

The festival is slated for May 17th through the 19th at Mapfre Stadium, tickets go on sale this Friday.
