ATHENS, Ohio (WTVN)--A priest in Athens County has pled guilty to charges related his sexual affair with a teenage girl, and will serve 12 years in prison.
45-year-old Henry Foxhoven came forward earlier this year about the affair with a parishioner at his church in Athens County.
The plea is for three counts of sexual battery. Prosecutors say the activity occurred between August and October of 2018. The activity also led to the victim getting pregnant.
There could have also been child pornography charges against Foxhoven, since there were images of the victim found on his phone, according to prosecutors.
Foxhoven served in the Catholic Diocese of Steubenville.
