NEWARK, Ohio (24-7 News)--The giant basket shaped former headquarters of the Longaberger Company is for sale again less than a year after being purchased by a Canton area developer.
Steve Coon and partner Bobby George said Wednesday the still empty building is back up for sale or lease as all options are open.
The 210-thousand square foot, seven-floor building on East Main Street in Newark sits on a 21-acre lot and is shaped like the wicker picnic baskets once produced by the Longaberger Company, who shut down operations last May.
The building was purchased for about $1.2-million in 2017, but the sale price this time around has not been disclosed.
