OSHA Investigating Death at L-Brands Warehouse

COLUMBUS, Ohio (24-7 News)--The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is now investigating the death of a worker at the L-Brands Bath and Body Works warehouse in Reynoldsburg.

Authorities say 56-year-old Harvey Beavers was killed early in the morning on January 4th from injuries received after being caught between boxes and a conveyor belt.

Witnesses say Beavers was helping load product onto a truck when the accident happened.

This the third fatal workplace accident in as many weeks in Central Ohio after an employee death at Liberty Casting in Delaware and another at the Fluvitex Facility.
