Dave Wannstedt Weighs In On NFL Championship Games

The NFL had two compelling conference championship games Sunday. Both went to overtime and both had varying degrees of controversy. The NFC title game, won by the Rams, has generated the most conversation because of the obvious blown call with 1:45 left that deprived the Saints of a first down and an opportunity to virtually run the clock out before attempting a game winning chip-shot field goal.

The AFC game, with the Patriots beating Kansas City, has produced discussion over the NFL overtime rule, as New England, after winning the coin toss, drove down the field for the game winning touchdown as the Chiefs offensive never had the opportunity to touch the football.

On "The Drive" Tuesday, my partner Stan Jackson's Big Ten Network colleague and Fox NFL analyst Dave Wannstedt joined us. The former NFL and College football coach discussed both games and peeked ahead to the Rams/Patriots Super Bowl. If you missed the entertaining conversation, you can check it out here.
