Sen. Brown Not on Board with "Medicare For All"

WASHINGTON, DC (24-7 News)--Ohio Senator and potential Democratic candidate for president Sherrod Brown is saying he's not sold on other candidates in his party's Medicare for all proposal.

Brown spoke Sunday on CNN's State of the Union program, warning the move would create angst and anguish for millions of Americans on private health plans.

Brown went on to say a government-run insurance program would take a while to implement and be difficult.

The Ohio senator has not officially announced but has said he is considering a run for president in 2020. He recently went on a tour of early presidential primary states to gauge voter interest on a possible run for the White House.
