GROVE CITY, Ohio (24-7 News)--Grove City Police say a man accused of using a cell phone to take images of women without their permission has turned himself in.
According to reports, the suspect identified as 22-year old Aaron Hansert was caught on surveillance video taking pictures of women from below their skirts at a Target Store and a Hobby Lobby on Buckeye Parkway last week.
Video shows Hansert following several women around the store taking pictures as they bent over, which prosecutors say is a misdemeanor act of voyeurism and a sex crime.
Officials say Hansert surrendered yesterday and is denying the allegations against him.
