LONDON, Ohio (WTVN)--Police in London are investigating a double-murder suicide from Wednesday.
Police originally responded to the report of shots fired outside a home along Landis Lane just after 12PM. A witness told ABC-6 that the suspect shot two women in the driveway.
40-year-old Yaisa Cordero and 25-year-old Joceline Cordero were pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect, 54-year-old James Evans Jr., fled the scene in a white pickup truck. That vehicle was spotted a couple hours later behind a church along US 40, a couple miles from the original scene.
Evans was found in the truck with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Police say the entire incident stemmed from a domestic dispute, and Evans is Yaisa's ex-boyfriend.
