COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A Franklin County grand jury has returned a four-count indictment against former 10-TV Meteorologist Mike Davis, on child pornography charges.
All of the charges are felonies, including Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter involving a Minor.
Davis was taken into custody at his home in Upper Arlington in September, following an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says Davis was obtaining and e-mailing the images to himself. He adds there's no evidence Davis produced his own material, or sent the images he had to anyone else.
Davis posted bond shortly after his arrest. He was fired from WBNS-TV as well. His arraignment is set for Monday, October 21st.
