BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (WTVN)--Two teenagers died in a single-car crash in Logan County Wednesday afternoon.
The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene along Township Road 230, near State Route 47, east of Bellefontaine just after 3PM.
The car carrying 16-year-old Robert Smith and 14-year-old Wyatt Smith was the only one involved, and crews say it was engulfed in flames when they arrived on scene.
The victims were students in the Benjamin Logan School District. Parents were notified of a two-hour delay Thursday, and a response team is responding to the schools to assist students that may need it.
