Two Franklin County Sheriffs Deputies Suspended

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Two deputies with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department are on paid administrative leave, over allegations of violation of department policy.

32-year-old Deputy David Mink was suspended, effective immediately, on suspicion of violation of the department's social media policy. 27-year-old deputy Nathaniel Wolfe is on leave, under suspicion of inattention to duty.

“All FCSO employees are held to the highest ethical and professional standards,” said Sheriff Dallas Baldwin. “Anything less will demand accountability.”

ABC-6 is reporting that at least one of the suspensions is over a video posted to TikTok. A statement released Monday by the Sheriff's Office did not elaborate on the nature of the allegations.

The FCSO Internal Affairs Bureau has opened an investigation of both deputies.
