Two Teens Hurt in Shooting Along I-270

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Columbus Police are investigating a shooting that left two teenagers injured, and shut down a long portion of I-270 on the west side overnight.

Police say it happened around 10PM on 270 South, near Georgesville Road, where the teens were shot by someone in another vehicle.

Both victims were taken to nationwide Children's Hospital, and one of them is said to be in life-threatening condition. The other is believed to be stable.

Police are still investigating, as I-270 South was shut down at I-70. The road reopened around 6AM Friday.

ODOT is assisting with the investigation, in providing detectives with traffic camera footage, in an effort identify a suspect or suspect vehicle.
