Three Central Ohio AMC Theaters Reopening Today

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--After being shuttered for months due to the coronavirus pandemic, AMC theaters is reopening some locations today, and three of them are in central Ohio.

About 100 theaters are reopening across the country, and that includes AMC Lennox 24, AMC Easton Town Center 30, and AMC Dublin Village 18.

The opening date coincides with the company's 100th anniversary, and tickets for some "legacy" movies will go for as low as 15-cents.

New coronavirus safety measures are also in place for the theaters, including more time between showings to allow for cleaning, theaters kept at 30-percent capacity, and rewuiring all guests to wear a mask at all times, except for eating and drinking.
