COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Governor Mike DeWine hinted at the new rules for sporting events and other gatherings last week, and on Tuesday that order was signed by the Director of the Ohio Department of Health.

It sets capacity limits for indoor venues at 25%, and outdoor stadiums and venues at 30%, with proper mask-wearing and social distancing protocols in place.

Not only does the order apply to sporting events, wedding receptions, funeral receptions, and proms are included in the amended order.

DeWine Tuesday also added that a majority of Ohio's school districts were able to make the goal of having learning in-person by March 1st. He says only 8 of the 600+ public districts in Ohio remain on remote learning.
